Classes
Post Natal Classes
The classes are held at a Sandown Sports Club in Esher the sports club has crèche facilities for babies and older children if you should need or prefer it. It is on Friday mornings at 10.45am and on occasion 12 noon - 1pm.
Tuesday Evening Workout
This class runs in blocks normally of 6 weeks and varies from block to block. It may be conditioning, aerobic and or equipment based. Always aimed at being a bit of fun but is for those who are focussed on getting results.
Pushy Mothers Buggy Class
Pushy Mothers buggy classes are a fabulous way of getting out with your baby, both of you getting some fresh air and you get a great workout to boot. Currently on Wednesdays at 11.30am Bushy Park.
Aerobic and Conditioning Class
Regular classes are for anyone from just leaving the post natal class up to retirement age. These classes tend to have an element of dance/aerobics and have included street dance, hula hooping and a 70’s style workout in recent times. This class is on Wednesdays at 9.45am in Molesey.
