Pushy Mothers Buggy Class

Pushy Mothers buggy classes are a fabulous way of getting out with your baby, both of you getting some fresh air and you get a great workout to boot. Currently on Wednesdays at 11.30am in Bushy Park (meet at the Upper Lodge Road car park) and Richmond Park at 11.45am on Mondays, (meet at Kingston gate car park). mumsinshape's founder Anna is a qualified Pushy Mothers Instructor and brings you an effective, safe and specific one-hour workout with no childcare concerns - you bring your baby in your buggy!

Formulated with the blessing of The Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors and with a training course accredited by The Royal College of Midwives, our unique Pushy Mothers® workout will:

Burn off the excess “baby fat” with lots of cardio pushing intervals
Tighten and tone your muscles with resistance training
Improve core stability for a healthier back and flatter abs
Condition your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease!

When you come to a Pushy Mothers buggy classes you will need to Join Pushy Mothers® and you will receive a special joining pack which includes:

A Pushy Mothers® tote bag
Exercise band
Exercise and advice booklet
Free copy of Baby Surrey magazine
Free samples of Vitamins and toiletries
Free copy of the hugely popular 'Baby Directory'

Classes run in blocks of 6 and cost £48 and membership is a one off fee of £20 which you can book online, you can book only for those weeks you intend to come to (for eample excluding holidays or babys doctors appointments) you can also start at anytime outside the 6 week block if classes are not full, both these senarios need to be booked by post, e mail anna@pushymothers.com for a booking form. Numbers are limited to 16 to ensure that we can always offer the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
