Personal TrainingMumsinshape offer four Personal Training options
Personal Training is provided by experienced trainers who have additional qualifications in training ante and postnatal women. You can have a one off session to go over all the problem areas after birth and learn how to exercise them safely, (a vital part of postnatal exercise) or you can book a course of 10 sessions to help progress you through to feeling fit and strong again. If you prefer you can book sessions by the week and see how you go. The same applies to women who haven’t exercised since birth but have decided it is time to get into shape. It doesn’t matter how long it is since your baby arrived, be it months or years, if postnatal issues aren’t tackled a postnatal trainer can help you to get back to basics. Group personal training is another option where a small group can
employ a trainer to come to you and provide you with some training
